  • Camera & Photos: Required for capturing tree data, identifying species via AI, and providing proof of work for job completion.
  • Precise Location: Required for mapping tree inventory and verifying that crew members are on-site for safety and payroll accuracy.

  • Orchestrating the Tree Life 360 platform and mobile applications.
  • Processing payments and managing billing through Stripe.
  • Facilitating bank reconciliation through Plaid.
  • Synchronizing business data with QuickBooks Online.
  • Automating time tracking and payroll calculations.
  • Providing customer support and troubleshooting through Sentry error tracking.
  • Enforcing our terms, safety protocols (JSA), and compliance standards.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform:
