1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Tree Life 360. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tree Life 360's software platform, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and your agreement to these Terms will be treated as the agreement of the organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Tree Life 360 provides a comprehensive management platform for tree care professionals, including but not limited to:
- Automated lead-to-payment workflow orchestration.
- Precision GPS tree mapping and inventory tools.
- Rule-based payroll and time tracking engines.
- Accounting automation with Plaid and QuickBooks Online.
- Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and compliance enforcement.
- Virtual ISA Inspections by certified professionals.
3. Automated Workflow & Data Accuracy
Tree Life 360 features high-level automation (the "Zero-Touch Workflow") that triggers business events based on user input.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data that triggers automation (e.g., signing an estimate that automatically creates a job and invoice).
- You must ensure that all company identifiers (EIN, tax rates, business address) are correct for accurate payroll and tax calculation.
- The system automates invoicing upon 'Job Completion' in the field; you are responsible for reviewing these records before final reconciliation.
4. Financial & Third-Party Integrations
4.1 Payment Processing (Stripe)
Tree Life 360 is not a bank or money transmitter. Payments are processed via Stripe Connect. You agree to be bound by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
4.2 Banking Data (Plaid)
We use Plaid to retrieve your transaction history for reconciliation. You grant us the right to access this data on your behalf. We are not liable for inaccuracies in data provided by your financial institution.
4.3 Accounting (QuickBooks Online)
While we facilitate bidirectional sync with QuickBooks Online, you are responsible for final audit and accuracy of your general ledger and financial reports.
5. Safety, Compliance & ISA Inspections
5.1 Safety Protocols (JSA)
Tree Life 360 provides Job Safety Analysis (JSA) tools to assist in field safety. However, the use of these tools does not guarantee on-site safety. You are solely responsible for enforcing safety standards and complying with OSHA/local regulations.
5.2 Virtual ISA Inspections
Virtual ISA Inspections are professional opinions provided by certified arborists based solely on user-submitted photos and data. They do not constitute a physical, on-site inspection. Tree Life 360 is not liable for hazards or defects not visible in submitted media.
6. Record Immutability & Audits
To maintain financial and legal integrity, certain records in the platform are immutable:
- Committed Payroll Runs: Once 'Committed', payroll records cannot be deleted or modified.
- Locked Reconciliation Periods: Once a financial month is reconciled and locked, it cannot be reopened without an administrative override and audit log entry.
- Signed JSAs: Safety logs signed by crew members are archived permanently for 7 years.
7. Digital Accessibility
Tree Life 360 is committed to making our Services accessible to all users. We aim to comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards where technically feasible.
